Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Many of you must have seen our grand fathers applying oil and massaging his arms and feet! Why do you think they would do that? They did that so that the toxins from their body would be removed easily.  You will ask how is that possible. So let's start at the very beginning.
What is a Massage?
A Massage is the manipulation of the body soft tissues and muscles. Massages are  commonly done with hands, fingers, elbows, feet, or a device. So how exactly does taking a Massage help you?  There are a zillion reasons to take one. But the most important is REMOVAL OF TOXINS FROM YOUR BODY
So how does it happen exactly?
When you take a Massage It improves the blood circulation and  the lymphatic system is activated. Lymph is the colour less fluid around the cells. Just like the blood circulation system we also have the Lymphatic system. The Lymphatic system is a vital part of your immune system. And it's function to eliminate waste from the body. So when you get a Massage this system is activated and the clogged Lymph nodes are cleansed.
The main function of the lymphatic system is to clean toxins and protect against harmful organisms.  If your LS is not drained it can lead to fatigue, bloating, swollen lymph nodes, brain fog, itching and dry skin, cellulite cold, sore throats and many other things.
The best and the easiest way to remove toxins from your body is to get a Massage. Our Massage Therapists are trained to understand the LS, the location of the nodes and this helps them to do the Lymphatic drainage.
