Code of Conduct and Responsibilities of Channel Partner
- The Channel Partner shall be responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining, at its own expenses, all applicable permits, license, approvals required for offering the Channel Partner’sServices;
- Taking its best efforts in performance of its responsibilities under the Agreement and provide reasonable support to the Company;
- Conducting its business in its own name, in a professional and workmanlike manner.
- Comply with applicable regulations and compliances pertaining to safety and hygiene;
- Ensuring that the Channel Partner’s outlet/premises is clean and adequate hygiene is maintained at all times while providing Channel Partner’sServices;
- Ensure that the Channel Partner profile, menu in the Dashboard is created, and information related to service category offered, time slots, operator, brand, estimated time, price, status are accurately populated and updated regularly;
- Ensure that the DND is not activated on Company’s contact numbers;
- Ensuring that the tools and equipment used for providing the Channel Partner Services are in proper working condition;
- Ensuring that the equipment’s including but not limited to towels, scissors, combs, etc are cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before and after performing the Channel Partner’sServices;
- Ensuring that the beauty/ cosmetic products used for providing the Channel Partner Services are not expired and are of standard quality;
- Ensuring that the Customer is provided information including but not limited to after effects if any, recommended for a particular skin/hair type, necessary precaution to be taken etc. when using any cosmetic/beauty product for performing the Channel Partner Services;
- Ensuring that all the preparation required for performing the Channel Partner Services are ready as per the schedule/time slots mentioned in the Appointment;
- Ensuring that necessary first aid is available at all times at the Channel Partner’s outlet/premises;
- Ensuring that the personnel/operator performing the Channel Partner’s Services is being provided with adequate training to handle situations whereby Customer experiences some allergic reactions, or accidental cuts while obtaining the Channel Partner’sServices;
- Delivering the Channel Partner’s Services by using the brands, operator, and services as selected by the Customer while making the Appointment;
- Ensuring that there is no instance of wrong item service being provided
- Ensure that Customers are provided with appropriate seating arrangements when Customer visits their outlet
- Resolving any dispute that may be raised by Customer relating to the Channel Partner’s Services, provided by the Channel Partner. The Company shall not be responsible for any claim, whatsoever, that may arise in relation to the Channel Partner’s Services offered;
- Using its best efforts to market, promote and refer the Platform to various Customers.
- Displaying material at its premises for promoting the Platform in the form of flex boards, flyers, hoardings, etc. as may be directed by the Company from time to time.
The Channel Partner shall not make any representations, warranties or guarantees to any third-party including but not limited to the Customers on behalf of the Company. The Channel Partner shall not make any commitments or agreements or incur any liabilities whatsoever on behalf of the Company, nor will the Company be liable for any acts, omissions to act, financial liabilities, promises or representations made by the Channel Partner. The Channel Partner’s activities under this Agreement shall be at its own cost and risk, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the authorized officers of the Company.
