1.How do I know about the Salon/SPA before booking an appointment ?

On the listing screen, you can see ratings for every listed salon/SPA. To help you make an informed decision, we display ratings only from actual customers who have completed the services. When you click on the desired listing we take you to a screen where you find detailed information related to salon/SPA history, facilities provided, working hours, actual images, service menu, reviews etc.

2.Why is my favourite salon/SPA not listed?

We are an ever growing platform and new salon/SPA get added every day. If you don't find your favourite salon/SPA, you can always let us know by reaching out to our support team as well as suggest your beauty partner to reach out to mooi !

3.Can I search for services which make use of a specific brand or brand of my choice ?

Yes, Filters are available on the home screen as well as in the menu to filter services based upon brands of your choice.

4.What are the filters on the home page and menu ?

We value your preferences and have provided filters that assist you in searching service providers based on - Location, Brands, Discounts, Service categories, Popularity/ Ratings, Gender (Male, Female, Unisex)

5.Why do I see the salon/SPA near me ?

To improve your search experience, the default listing shows beauty partners near your current location. However, you can always use the select location feature to search beauty partners in a other regions or use the search feature to search for specific beauty partners

6.Can I select a preferred operator for my service?

Yes, You can choose preferred operators before adding services to the cart. Operators will be visible only in case our beauty partner has assigned an operator for the service.

7.How do I get confirmation that my appointment has been Accepted/Rejected/Reschedule?

You will receive an in app notification once a beauty partner accepts, rejects or proposes a rescheduling of the appointment. The latest status of the appointment can also be checked on the Appointments tab.

8.Why Start and End OTP?

The Start OTP is given to ensure that service is actually started by you and the end OTP is to ensure that service has been completed successfully.

9.What are reward points and how can I redeem them ?

Reward points can be collected through referrals, promotions and online payment done through mooi’s payment gateway. Redemption of the reward points can be done during booking of appointments based on mooi’s redemption policies.

10.Why does it say that Cancellation Charges are applicable ?

The “Cancellation charges are applicable” message is shown when a user tries to cancel a confirmed appointment. The cancellation charges are based on mooi’s cancellation policy and depend on the time between cancellation and appointment time slot.

11.What if I don't show up for my appointment ?

As a good practise if you cannot show up, always notify your beauty partner and cancel appointment well in time. In case the appointment is not cancelled the beauty partner will wait for a reasonable time and cancel the appointment, in both cases cancellation charges will be applicable to you as per mooi’s cancellation policy.

12.What if I reach late for my appointment ?

As a good practise if you are late for the appointment, always notify your beauty partner. The beauty partner will wait for a reasonable time and if possible accommodate you in the next available time slot. In case no time slot is available or no show the beauty partner will cancel the appointment, for which cancellation charges will be applicable to you as per mooi’s cancellation policy.

13.What are the cancelation charges?

The cancellation charges are as per mooi’s prevailing cancellation policy and will be displayed when you attempt to cancel a confirmed appointment.

14.What if the Salon/Spa service provider cancels my confirmed appointment?

Our practices ensure that the Salon/SPA informs you of cancellation well within time. However there could be unforeseen situations at the beauty partner’s establishment due to which the appointment could be cancelled. You will be notified of such cancellation through in app notification or SMS or call.

15.Why Service Charges?

Service charge helps us in upkeep of the platform and continue providing you the best possible user experience.

16.When and how can I make payments ?

The payment has to be done only after completion of service. You can make payment on our payment gateway to get additional reward points or pay at the beauty partner location.

17.How can I maximize my reward points ?

Reward points can be accumulated in case of successful registration of your referral & by making online payment for your periodic services on mooi’s payment gateway.

18.How can I find the best offers and discounts ?

The listing displays the maximum discount offered by the beauty partner, the details can be found in the menu of the beauty partner. Apart from discount offers, you can also check the combos and packages available from beauty partners.

19.How can I view my previous appointments?

You can view all your previous completed as well as cancelled appointments by clicking on the Appointments icon at the bottom of screen

20.Why does it ask me to discard the services added in cart?

If you have a service added in the cart for a specific beauty partner and you try to add more services from another beauty partner, mooi will ask you to discard the previous service and replace it with your new selection

21.What’s the difference between Mooi and salon discount?

The salon/SPA discounts are given by the beauty partner, in addition to the channel partner discount mooi may give further discounts based on currently running offers and promotions

22.Why am I unable to use a specific coupon code ?

The coupon codes are governed by terms and conditions along with validity as defined by mooi. You may not be able to apply the coupon if its expired or does not fit within the defined criteria or if mooi has already provided the best discount for your cart

23.What does it mean by your total savings in booking screen ?

The total savings include mooi discounts & beauty partner discount which indicate the total saving on your service

24.What does it mean by refer and earn?

You can refer your friends to register on the platform and once your referral registers successfully on the platform, both you and your friend are awarded reward points that can be redeemed against services on the platform

25.Why does the app require location & camera permissions?

To improve your experience and finding the nearby beauty partners, we require permission to access your location. At present the camera & gallery permission is required so you can update your profile photo.
